Both hydrophobic and hydrophilic antioxidants can be co-loaded inside CS-OKGM microspheres. CS-OKGM microsphere can be applied as an intestine-specific oral delivery system. CS-OKGM system presents a synergistic effect on enhanced antioxidant activity and heat stability.
