Soybean residue was reused to produce polysaccharides. Polysaccharides were purified with two kinds of chromatography. Antitumor and immunomodulatory activity of polysaccharides were studied. Polysaccharides induced apoptosis by arresting cell cycle progression at the G0/G1 phase.
