A highly selective nanocomposite based on MIP for curcumin trace levels quantification in food samples and human plasma following optimization by central composite design
A simple method was proposed to determine of curcumin in biological samples. The method is based on MSPE combined with HPLC-UV. The effective parameters in MSPE were optimized using RSM based on CCD. The applicability of the new proposed method was demonstrated in real samples. The figures of merit for curcumin in food samples were excellent.
