Effect of VHSV infection on microRNAs profile of EPC cells were analyzed by NGS. A total of 355 conserved miRNAs were identified, and 103 miRNAs were differentially expressed. MicroRNAs profiles were dynamically changed in response to the progression of VHSV infection.
