Detection of emerging QX-like infectious bronchitis virus in Sudan for the first time. Full NGS-based genome analysis of the isolated virus. Identification of recombination sites scattered throughout the genome. The Sudanese QX-like isolate is genetically unique and different from IBV strains previously reported in Africa and elsewhere.
