Surveys predict that the need of wearable devices will be increased in near future. There is a need of more multimodal fusion of physiological signals in near future. Wearables can be designed based on multimodal interface and shared control mechanism. Machine learning algorithms can be incorporated with traditional approaches. Use of soft computing techniques may improve the diagnostics.
