A survey of Roundup Ready (RR) soybean (GTS 40-3-2 and MON89788) in 90 food samples. Effective validation of quantitative real-time PCR methods by interlaboratory trial. 73 tested foods were positive to soybean, while 15 did not comply labelled soybean. RR soybean detected in 9 samples (5 with GTS-40-3-2, 3 with MON89788, 1 with both). 8 samples estimated with 0.01–0.39% of RR soybean and one with 23.9% (both events).
