Local brain volume was imaged in patients with Parkinson's disease (PD). Decision-making was examined in patients with PD with the Iowa Gambling task. The patients had decreased volumes in the medial orbitofrontal and other cortices. Lateral orbitofrontal volume correlated with decision-making performance in PD.
