Synthesis of the ILNO-NH2 as a novel adsorbent for the removal of Pb(II) and Co(II) ions.
The novel sorbent was characterized by DRIFT, EDX, XRD, TEM and SEM analyses.
Effect of pH, contact time, adsorbent dosage, initial ions concentration and temperature on adsorption was studied.
Removal of Pb(II) and Co(II) ions by the ILNO-NH2 was studied using equilibrium isotherms and kinetics.
