An enhanced throughput LC/ESI–MS/MS method was developed for the 25(OH)D3 measurement. The method employed the derivatization with the triplex DAPTAD isotopologues. Use of isotopologues enabled the analyses of 3 different samples within a single run. The method was successfully applied to the analysis of adult and infant plasma samples.
