Undoped and Pb-doped In2O3 nanostructures were synthesized by sonochemical method. Ethanol sensing properties of undoped and Pb-doped In2O3 film have been studied. Enhanced gas sensing parameters was observed in the doped films. Good selectivity for ethanol in comparison with other toxic gases was obtained.
