In2O3 and Dy3+ doped In2O3 nanoparticles synthesized by co-precipitation method. Dy3+doped In2O3 show temperature dependent selectivity towards ethanol and acetone. Higher sensor response is due to small size, oxygen vacancies and high surface basicity.
