Novel bilayer dressing with antibacterial and moisture-maintaining characters. PO-BSP accelerated the hydrogel formation with improved mechanical properties. Spongy materials promoted mouse fibroblast cells (L929) proliferation. Spongy materials accelerated the healing rate of cutaneous wounds in mice.
