HRXMT analysis is reported for sedimented, polymer induced kaolinite flocs. Size, shape, water content of polymer induced kaolinite flocs were determined. Cryo-SEM was used for examination of floc microstructure. Polymer interaction with kaolinite nanoparticles was imaged by cryo-SEM.
