A new phenomenon, the focusing cascade, was found in the molecular dynamical model, when a low energy He-atom was injected into bcc-iron crystal. In this paper, we present the details of the cascade and discuss the type of defects which are related significantly to the lattice temperature. We also discuss the character of the lattice, i.e. the effect of lattice size, that of temperature, lattice vibration, sputtering, etc.
