ROCK inhibitor treatment alleviated LPS-induced lung injury. Pretreatment with ROCK inhibitor suppressed the LPS-induced inflammatory response. ROCK inhibitor (Y) treatment attenuated the LPS-induced coagulopathy. ROCK inhibitor pretreatment blocks the LPS-induced NF-κB signalling.
