The complex refractivity of Au, Cu and Al in regions of terahertz and far infrared are inversed from reflection spectra. The reflection spectra in terahertz region should be smoothed by Drude model. The exponential index p is adjusted by calibrating refractivity. The calibrating refractivity is obtained from ellipsometer.
