Co-substitution has strengthened dielectric and magnetic response in LaFeO3. Na and Mn Co-substitution strengthened optical and conduction process in LaFeO3. Tailored bond angle on co-substitution resulting enhancement in magnetic response. Grain boundary has profound effect in dielectric and conduction processes.
