Methods were developed for the measurements of Ca, Fe, Mg and K in human serum. Comparable results were obtained in an inter-laboratory comparison. A human serum material was certified for the four elements. The certified values are traceable to International System of Units. The CRM will be useful for method validation or as a Quality Control material.
