Proposes a new UFLS scheme design method to obtain a complete set of candidate schemes for network recovery. Proposes the concept of homological area to obtain the optimal load shedding schemes for various network topologies. Proposes an MADM algorithm based on TOPSIS to find the optimal load shedding schemes in various contingencies.
