High quality flake-corolla lobe like ZnO nano combined structure was prepared. FESEM revealed that a flake–corolla lobe-like mixed structure was obtaned. The XRD results indicate that crystal growth is higher in quality on LiNbO3.. Optical properties show two optical energy band gaps related to different nanostructures.
