Ryegrass has the potential for phytostabilization and phytoextraction of Pb. Phytotoxicity was obviously alleviated and plant uptake of Pb was increased after the incorporation of nano-materials. The Pb phytoextraction potential of ryegrass significantly increased with NHAP application compared with the NCB application. A combination of plants and NHAP works ideally in phytoremediation.
