A feedforward neural network (ANN) was established to estimate the viscosity of six different families of pure ionic liquids. The model was correlated and examined successfully over the temperature range of (273.15 to 393.15) K. The model is capable to estimate the viscosity of ionic liquids over the pressure range of (0.1 to 150) MPa. The presented ANN model does not require any experimental properties of the ionic liquid as input variables.
