Establishment of quantitative retention-activity model by optimized microemulsion liquid chromatography

The parallel artificial membrane permeability assays model was used to determine the permeability of drugs. The microemulsion composition was adjusted to optimize the system to establish the quantitative retention-activity relationships model. The optimized model was improved by neural networks and support vector machine. MELC is a possible alternative to the PAMPA method for high-throughput permeability determination.
