Excessive exposure to manganese induced reproductive toxicity in male rat. Quercetin reversed manganese-induced hormonal and spermatogenic deficits. Quercetin diminished intracellular oxidative stress and inflammation biomarkers. Quercetin reversed manganese-induced activation of caspase-3 activity. Quercetin may represent a possible therapeutic agent against manganese toxicity.
