Four glycoclusters with terminal 1,2-thio-linked pseudomannobiosides were prepared. Two glycoclusters were studied in lectin-binding assays with the BC2L-A lectin. ITC, SPR, yeast agglutination test and analytical ultracentrifugation were applied. The mannoclusters cross-link and aggregates BC2L-A of Burkholderia cenocepacia.
