Impact of storage time and temperature on furanic derivatives formation in wines using microextraction by packed sorbent tandem with ultrahigh pressure liquid chromatography
The storage effects on furanic derivates (FDs) were evaluated by HS–SPME/GC–MS and MEPS/UPLC–PDA method. MEPS/UPLC–PDA showed the best extraction efficiency for all FDs. The FDs formation is significantly affected by storage time and temperature. The results obtained in this study could be used as a helpful tool in winemaking field.
