Diagnostic accuracy of palpation and ultrasound is negatively influenced by Prior neoadjuvant chemotherapy. False negative rates are inacceptabely high especially in the ycN0 subset. Improving the accuracy in predicting axillary lymph node Status will need comprehensive models or clipping procedures.
