The standard frequencies of MNi, NPBs, and NBUDs in middle-aged healthy Korean individuals are proposed. MNi and NPBs scores are higher in females than in males. The elder groups showed higher MNi frequencies. BMI and micronutrients are not significantly associated with CBMN-Cyt parameters in this healthy cohort.
