Generating monomeric 5-coordinated microperoxidase-11 using carboxylic acid functionalized silver nanoparticles: A surface-enhanced resonance Raman scattering analysis

文摘

LSPR tuned and carboxylic acid tailed silver nanoparticles was synthesized (Ag@MHA NPs).

Ag@MHA NPs was well characterized by UV–vis and TEM studies.

RRS study revealed aggregated 6cLS heme whereas SERRS study with Ag@MHA NPs exclusively showed 5cHS heme.

Langmuir adsorption isotherm was employed to estimate the real surface coverage of MP-11 on Ag@MHA NPs surfaces.

Ag@MHA NPs showed the Raman enhancement factor 2.36 × 106
