Different GPC columns are compared as clean-up for high scope of pesticides determination. The potential of GPC for vegetable and animal fatty matrices clean-up is discussed. High temperature GC-FID is used to monitor clean-up efficiency. Efficiency of clean-up depends on molecular weight distribution of fatty matrices. GC-MS/MS and LC-MS/MS are used for pesticide determination.
