Tape casting technique is used to prepare (1-x)KNLNS-xBZ lead-free ceramics. Large d33 (∼234 pC/N) and kp (∼38.42%) are obtained in the samples with x = 0.02. Schematic illustration was drawn to explain the effects of phase structure on large field-induced strain.
