Bi-phase ultrafine TiO2 nanobelts with active facet exposed have been synthesized. The ultrafine TiO2 nanobelts have superior photocatalytic avtivity than P25. The PdO/TiO2 heterostructures show extremely outstanding photocatalytic property.
