Successfully synthesis S-ZrO2/MCM-41 by ultrasound-assisted hybrid method. Enhanced effect of irradiation power on physicochemical properties of nanocatalysts. The nanocatalyst irradiated at 90 W is optimum catalyst in biodiesel production. Attaining 96.9% biodiesel conversion and high reusability after five cycle.
