Diagnostic performance of Reformulated (November 2015) Architect Syphilis TP assay Sensitivity and specificity of 99.0% and 99.7% for Reformulated Architect Syphilis TP Serology is still the cornerstone for syphilis screening and diagnosis. Currently used EIA syphilis assays are considered adequate for syphilis screening.
