We design a SLO-driven cloud platform for application and resource management. The platform uses fine-grain pricing and resource allocation. We design horizontal and vertical SLO policies to scale the application’s resources. The platform offers good user satisfaction compared to single SLO-driven solutions. The platform efficiently accommodates various users and applications.
