Explicit formula for heat transfer coefficient in helical-coiled cylindrical tubes. Tube thin-wallness allows using thin plate approximation and perturbation theory. The heat transfer coefficient is a McLaurin series in powers of the tube thickness. The method is validated on simulated data and real data taken from the literature.
