Engineered omnidirectional antireflection ITO nanorod films with super hydrophobic surface via glancing-angle ion-assisted electron-beam evaporation deposition
ITO nanorods films fabricated by electron-beam evaporation with GLAD technique. Variations in deposition rates greatly affected morphologies and crystallinity. ITO nanorod films showed excellent omnidirectional anti-reflection properties. Super hydrophobic properties could be achieved from the proposed ITO nanorods.
