Organic acids generally increase the degree and rate of mineral dissolution. Potential for industrial application but significant likely limitations. Varied acid impact relates well to metal complex stability. Optimal conditions can vastly improve dissolution rate and extent. pH has a vast array of impacts from acid dissociation to mechanism change.
