Experimental optimization of laser additive manufacturing process of single-crystal nickel-base superalloys by a statistical experiment design method

Systematic experimental research on LAM SX superalloys was first reported. The orthogonal experiment design method was introduced. This method can rapidly optimize SXLAM process by a small number of experiments. Processing-microstructure relationship was obtained to guide processing selection. A good multilayer SX deposit was successfully prepared by LAM.
