First use of LSCI and O2C for assessing hepatectomy-induced changes of liver microLBF Both LSCI and O2C could be used to monitor the excessive increase of microLBF after hepatectomy. Liver venous oxygen saturation decreased transiently after 68%, 85% and 90% hepatectomy. Extended hepatectomy also led to severe liver injury, delayed liver regeneration and liver failure.
