Synthesis, electronic structure and molecular docking of new organometallic palladium (II) complexes with intercalator ligands: The influence of bridged ligands on enhanced DNA/serum protein binding and in vitro antitumoral activity
Synthesis of novel palladium-based active biologically complexes containing intercalator lignads. Study of the ability of the complexes to interact with DNA via intercalation mechanism. The molecular docking indicates high binding affinity between DNA and BSA with Pd complexes.
