Cardiac troponin I antibody conjugated with GQD-PAMAM nanohybrid sensor for detection of heart attack. Requirement of blood serum was only 6 μL and takes 10 min for confirmation of heart attack. The LOD of the sensor was 20 fg mL−1 and the linear range was 10−6-10−3 ng/6 μL. The sensor is highly specific for cTnI and has potential in point-of-care diagnostics.
