An Artificial Pancreas (AP) for people with type 1 diabetes. Model Predictive Controllers (MPCs) based on ARMAX and ARIMAX models. An MPC based on an adaptive ARMAX model. A two-parameter clinically identifiable second-order linear model is used in the MPC. Overnight closed-loop control performance comparison by simulation.
