Combination of botulinum toxin and robot-assisted rehabilitation for arm paresis was effective. Arm function improved in post-stroke patients with arm paresis. fNIRS imaging showed changed sensorimotor cortex activity associated with combined therapy. Positive outcomes extended to four months post-therapy.
