Genes whose expression correlated with changes in cell growth were identified.

ATP7B, SREBP1, SCAP and INSIG2 were the upstream regulators for these genes.

Amino acids, copper, cholesterol and insulin were potential contributors for growth.

A complex dataset was analyzed to reveal valuable insight about cell biology.
