There is presently no platform available for retrospective self-circumcision. Unskilled practitioners are held accountable for complications to male circumcision. Eight of forty-three adult men reported performing retrospective self-circumcision during youth. Some men are unaware about possibilities for penile reconstruction. Further evaluation is recommended in sexual/reproductive and urological health.
