All-inorganic perovskite CsPbBr2I was prepared by the wet chemical and AACVD methods. The capping group, oleylamine played a role in determining the shape of the nanostructures. Both methods yielded perovskite material in the shape of nanosquares. The optical properties of the perovskite are reported.
