PGMEA induced P3HT aggregation form bumpy active layer surface. Active layer self-aggregation improve P3HT crystallinity. Micro-nanostructured back electrode facilitate charge carriers transfer and enhance light absorption of active layer. Up to 17.9% PCE improvement achieved in the micro-nanostructured device.
