Shelf life, life in the month of April in Indo-Gangetic plains, and under thermal stress at 65 °C were studied. Data for a total of 312 devices from 78 different substrates fabricated over 26 weeks were studied for shelf life. Twenty devices (from five substrates) were subject to outdoor test. Fourteen devices from four substrates were subjected to thermal stress. The PV parameters, spectral response and dark I-V characteristics were analysed before, during and after the (stress) tests.
